OUR PROJECTS

At The Home of Mercy Foundation, we are dedicated to transforming lives and building supportive communities through our core projects. Each of these initiatives addresses critical needs within our society, providing care, rehabilitation, and support for those who need it most.

1. Home for the Elderly

Our Home for the Elderly project is designed to offer a safe, nurturing environment for seniors who need care and companionship. We provide medical services, recreational activities, and personal support to ensure our elderly residents live with dignity, comfort, and purpose. Our aim is to create a home where they feel valued and loved.

2. Rehabilitation Farm Project

The Rehabilitation Farm Project focuses on empowering individuals through agriculture. This program supports people recovering from addiction, trauma, or life challenges, offering them the opportunity to work on the farm, learn valuable skills, and regain their sense of independence and self-worth. The farm serves as both a therapeutic space and a platform for skill development, encouraging growth and renewal.

3. Transitional Housing

Our Transitional Housing initiative provides temporary shelter and support for individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness or are in crisis. We offer a stable, secure place for them to rebuild their lives while accessing the resources they need, such as job training, counseling, and education programs. Our goal is to help them transition into permanent, sustainable housing and create a better future for themselves.
